Returns & Exchanges Policy
At TA-TO, we truly value your trust and want you to enjoy every piece you receive. Our policy is designed to keep things clear and fair for both you and us — a win-win experience every time. ✨
• Sale or promotional items are final sale — these pieces are offered at special prices and can’t be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
• You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. After this period, cancellations are no longer possible, and the delivery fees will still apply.
• You may open your order while the courier is present to make sure everything arrives in perfect condition.
Please note that some items are excluded and must be received as they are — such as evening wear, soiree items, pleated (بليسيه) pieces, and delicate styles.
• If you decide to refuse the order upon delivery, only the delivery fee will be charged.
• Pleated (بليسيه), evening, soiree, and delicate pieces are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned, as they are sensitive and cannot be shipped multiple times.
• If you’re not fully satisfied with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it — we’ll be happy to assist.
We’ll arrange a courier pickup (with the delivery fee covered by the client). The item must be unused, unworn, unscented, and returned in its original packaging with all tags attached.
Once the item is received and inspected, we’ll process your request promptly:
• Refunds are issued via InstaPay within 14 business days, or
• Exchanges will be shipped once your return is approved.
• In the rare case that your order arrives incomplete or missing an item, please rest assured that TA-TO will take full responsibility and cover all delivery or replacement costs.
